*sad face* I know I know, but I'mmmm back!!! :-)
So lets jump right in!
There is this new trend (reminiscent of the trend from the early 2000s, but with a twist!) going around that a very fashionable friend of mine exposed me to. I remember looking at a picture of it and thinking 'Hmmmmm...this is different, but WONDERFUL all at the same time!' I could not shake it. I became unexpectedly intrigued, and the next thing you know- I was looking up all types of similar looks. I began trying to figure out how I could include this new trend into some of the styling projects I was working on, and even more, how could I make this work in regards to home decor (I love interior design!!)? It's like two worlds coming together. My name for the trend: Stripes and Roses. Check it out!

And here we go again!!!! |
So I sat and I thought ... And I thought some more again. And I said to myself, 'why does this theme "feel" so familiar? Something about it seems weirdly not "new" at all.' One thing for sure about me is that I NEVER forget anything visual. FINALLYYYYY it hit me!! Mine eyes had seen this before!! AND it has to do with a very popular weirdly familiar film that we ALL know!!!
DRUM ROLL PLEASE ...
*drumming sound*
