55th Grammy Fashion

The Grammy's were a hot show down of fashion this weekend. Who's who of the music scene was wearing couture and some of the biggest names in fashion today! Among the most discussed were Kelly Rowland, Taylor Swift and Jenifer Lopez. Some of these women were nominated for best dressed and some artists missed the mark this weekend.

Black was a huge hit at this very formal awards ceremony. Black mesh was a hot look that has been super trendy this year. Miss Rowland wore a stunning gown that really showed off her figure and Faith Hill looked equally as sexy in her sheer number. Ashanti and Kelly Osborne went with the cut out look for their black gowns and looked chic and elegant.

The most talked about ensemble's were that of three super divas in three different categories. Country singer Carrie Underwood went with a classic bust look that structured her figure and complimented her accessories. Queen Bee Beyonce wore a Mod pant suit that was slightly ridiculed for being too casual for such a large event although her lines and makeup was flawless. Adele wore a floral number that complimented her larger physique and was originally worn to the floor on the runway.

Our best dressed definitely is split between the three ladies above: Katy Perry, Rihana and Taylor Swift. Rihana stunned in a gorgeous sheer red number. The flowing material made her look long and lean and her ombre hair was perfectly fixed in loose waves. Taylor looked like a Greek goddess in her drape inspired frock. Katy Perry wowed in a stunning emerald/mint dress that showed her busty figure and surprised critics with it's out of personality elegance.

The worst dressed nominees had to be the ladies above. Sorry Florence Welch, but you looked like an alien in that green lengthy frock. Although these styles above were not winners, check out the list of artists who took home the gold record of the 55th Grammy Awards:
