Quick History Lesson....
"Fashion in 15th century Europe was characterized by a series of extremes and extravagances, from the voluminous gowns called houppelandes with their sweeping floor-length sleeves to the revealing doublets and hose of Renaissance Italy. What a glorious time it was in fashion during the 14th and 15th centuries, it is obvious they took pride in their attire. Historians describe it as a time when the clothing you wore actually "made" you, perhaps, with
made meaning having you behave and feel a certain way. Hence the saying that "the clothes make the man." I've gathered a few pictures for your viewing pleasure....ENJOY!!!
